Relationship Module - View Relationship - Exchange (Shared by Us) - When a document is viewed in Exchange Information, the entry is being captured under the Document category, not under Relationship.

Incorrect Audit Trails is captured, Instead of document view, Audit Trails says Profile view
<Clinet Name>'s profile was viewed by <user> --> This is the format that is capturing which is incorrect
