Leads (Lawyer): Unable to upload entity entries through the CSV file, error messages are appearing.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Leads
2.Go to the Leads module
3.Click on Add button
4.Select the upload file option
5.Browse the Entity csv file
6.The file has multiple lawyer details
7.Click on upload button
8.There Warning popup will appear for 'Zero entries added'
Please refer the Attachment.
Expected:- The entity details added through the CSV file should be successfully added..
