Steps:-

1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to Documents module
3.Click on Add Documents button.
4.Select the document categories as Health
5.Browse the document and upload it
6.Enter the existing document name for selected document
7.Enter all fields and save it
8.When clicking on the save button
9.The upload page automatically navigate to the Document Home page.

Expected: When the user enters an existing document name for a new document, a warning will appear, and the page should not navigate to the Document home page.
