Documents (Upload): Unable to delete the newly created categories. They should be deletable.

Steps:-
------
1.Login with Vitagist
2.Go to Documents module
3.Click on Add Documents button
4.Create a new categories
5.Click the Delete button for that category
6.An waning message will appear
7.Confirm the Deletion
8.The delete button is not responsible
9.When clicking the button able to delete the new categories.
