Description:

The list of names does not appear when clicking the dropdown under the "Module" and "Activities" sections.

Steps to Reproduce:
  • Login to Vitagist.
  • Click on Audit Trails from the menu.
  • Click on the dropdown under "Module" or "Activities".

Expected: A list of names should appear.
Actual: No names are displayed in the dropdown.
