openTeam Members (View): When trying to edit an existing team member's information in the Action menu, the email ID validation is not working.

Description
Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Team members module
3.Click on view member tab
4.Go to Action menu
5.Select the Edit Member information
6.Enter the valid email in email id field
7.enter invalid email in confirm email id field
8.An warning pop-up should appear
Expected: If the email and confirm email fields are mismatched, a warning message should appear.
10.Again enter the invalid email on confirm email field
11.Click on save button
12.The Team member creation was successful.
Pleaser refer the attachment
Expected: Email ID validation should always be implemented for both the email and confirm email fields.
