Description:
In the Team/Client Chat, when a user sends one message, the message count increases by five instead of one in both the message module and the dashboard.

Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Navigate to the Menu and select the "Message Modules."
3. Click on Team chat
4. Send a single message from other end.

Message count displays as Five instead of number one.

Note: Applicable for Client chat as well
