Complaint App

Steps:

• A complaint was raised by a customer through the Patient Scanner.
• Logged into Hospital Care using a Super User account and then clicked the Logout button.
• Another complaint was raised through the Patient Scanner.
• Issue: Despite the tab being closed, the system still sent notification popups and sound alerts.
• Additionally, even after closing all tabs and reopening the browser, notifications are still received.
