Hospital Care : Previously Read Complaint Notification Bubble Appears After Logout and Re-login

Description

Steps:

  • A customer raised a complaint through the Patient Scanner.
  • Logged into Hospital Care using a Super User account.
  • Viewed the bubble notification on the dashboard for the respective department, then clicked the Logout button.
  • Closed the tab, reopened it, and logged into Hospital Care again with the Super User account.
  • Issue: The previously read bubble notification still appears on the dashboard.
