openCreate member - User should receive an email from DG Counsel after the member creation process. But currently, user gets an email from Lauditor

Description
1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Team members
3. click on Create member
4. Fill all the fields
5. Click on save
User receives an email from Lauditor. However, they should receive an email from DG Counsel
Note : This issue applies when resetting the password, updating the email from the "Edit Member Info" section, and using the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
