Steps:-
1.Login with DG Counsel
2.Go to the Departments modules
3.Create a new department with members or not
4.Again, go to view departments
5.Preview the recently added departments
6.There Invalid time will be captured on Created time.

Date is get from api, check with api team. I checked now is working.
