Edit Meetings - When converting an all-day event to a normal event, the time resets to 00:00 instead of showing the current time.

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Create an all day event [check the all day checkbox, don't select the time]
5. Click on save
6. Select the same event
7. Click on Edit button
8. Uncheck the checkbox

It is showing 00:00 hours on both start and end time, It should show the current time. [Please refer iOS]
