openHospital Side - Complaints : In the list of complaints, the search bar filter is not working.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to the hospital page.
2. On the left side, click on the complaints module and select either the Active or Resolved tab.
3. In the list of complaints, the search bar filter is not working.
Note: This issue applies to both Active and Resolved tabs.

Issue is partially fixed
In resolved page, search bar is not filtering the departments and resolution notes column.

Steps:
1. Log in to the hospital page.
2. On the left side, click on the Complaints module and choose either the Active or Resolved tab.
3. In the complaints list, the search bar filter is not functioning correctly.
Note: This issue occurs in both the Active and Resolved tabs.
1. Search by Ward No (e.g., [87 - Rami]).
When using the (-) symbol, the list should appear below but it does not appear.
2. Search by Issue Description / Resolution Notes. When entering the text "na" the list should appear below, but it does not appears.
Active page : Ward No - Patient Name and Issue Description.
Resolved page : Ward No - Patient Name and Resolution Notes.
