Create Event - Unable to create an all day event.

Description

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select the event type and task
5. Select the date
6. Check the all day event checkbox [don't select the time]
7. Click on save

An alert stating 'please check the' appears. Unable to create an all day event

User has to select the time to create an all day event which is not necessary.

Note : Applicable for all type of events
