openCreate / Edit - For event durations of 15, 30, or 45 minutes, the time duration should align with iOS.

Description
1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Meetings module
3. Click on create
4. Select the event type
5. Select the date
6. Set the start and end time with 30 minutes duration
In the Duration label, 30 min should appear, currently 0 Hours, 30 Minutes are appearing. Time duration should align with iOS.
Expected : The event duration should be correctly displayed as 15 min, 30 min, and 45 min for events of 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Additionally, If event is created with 1 and half an hour duration, time duration should be 1 hr, 30 min not 1 Hours 30 minutes.
Note: Applicable for all type of events and all type of user. Edit meetings as well
