AV chat - Admin specification issue - Clients should be removed. They should not be listed under AV chat

Description

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Messages module
3. Click on video icon

In the AV chat page, clients should not be listed, they should be removed [Refer iOS]. Admin has only the access for the team chat

Note : Clients should only remove from admin account only. In Other users [SU / GH / TM], they should be listed under AV chat page.
