Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. On the Dashboard, click on the KPIs Tab. * Click on the External Matter card, and it should navigate to the correct page, but it currently redirects to the Internal Matter page.

Note: This issue affects Team Members, Group Heads, and Super Users.
