AV chat [External counsels] - External counsels appear offline even when they are online, and the call button is not visible on both sides

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the chat module.
2. Ensure both the external counsel and the opposite user are online. [Externa counsel name: Anya, User name: Ararav]
3. Observe that their status still appears as offline.
4. Check for the call button on both sides

Expected Behavior : When both users are online, their status should be displayed as online, and the call button should be visible to both. But it does not
