openView Matter [Legal/General] - Internal Matter: The menu options in the action list are not working as expected.

Description
Steps:
1. Log in to DGC.
2. Click on the Menu and select Matter.
3. Choose "View Matter," select any matter, and click on "Actions."
For both View Legal and General Matters:
- View Details: The options to select Team Members, Clients, and Add Documents browser or select options are missing.
- Edit Matter Info: After clicking, it doesn't navigate to the respective page.
- Update Group: When selecting or deselecting groups, a separate window does not open.
- Update Group: After selecting any groups and clicking "Save," a "Record not found" message appears.
- View Legal Tab: An error message appears when clicking on it.
