Edit Event - When editing an event, the selected repetition name should start with an uppercase letter

Description

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on Create
4. Create an event with Bi-Weekly repetition
5. Matter creation is done. select the same event in view
6. Click on Edit

When editing an event, the selected repetition name should start with an uppercase letter. For example, "Bi-weekly" should not appear as "biweekly."

The repetition names should appear in the same format in the dropdown list as they are displayed elsewhere.
