Create / View Event : Meeting Duration Time Should Match iOS Expectations.

Description

1. Log in to DG Counsel
2. Navigate to the Menu and click on Meetings.
3. Click on the Create tab and select the desired Event Type and Task.
4. Choose a date and set the start and end times to the same value (e.g., 09:30 to 09:30).
5. Observe that the duration is displayed as 0 minutes; however, meetings should only be created with durations of 15, 30, 45 minutes, 1 hour, etc. [please refer iOS]

Note : This issue applicable for all events and all user account and edit events as well.
