1.Login Vita Gist
2.Click on Health
3.Click on Health Info
4.Click on add button in Insurance section
5.Enter all the details.
6. Click on upload Doc
7.Select the tags
8.Enter the name in Document Name
9.Enter the name in Description
10.Select the File
11.Click Save
12.Click Save
13.Click Save in Health profile page
14.Click on health
15.Click Insurance which is added
16. Click on delete button
17. Click on ok
18.Click Save in Health profile page
19.Click on health
20. Click on insurance,scroll bellow,
The document which was attached to previous insurace will be there in the new Insurance window.
