Message (Chat): Both the Team and Client chats are not working for all clients.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with Lauditor
2.Go to the Message module
3.Click on Team or Client tab
4.Select any team Member or client
5.Type message and click send button
6.The message were sent
7.Check it on Receiver side
8.No message were received there
Expected:- The Team and Client chat messages can be sent successfully.
