openCreate Meetings [All type of events] - When switching event types, corporate client who selected previously should be cleared. Additionally, the heading name/label displayed below should be cleared or reset.

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create
4. Select any event types [Overhead event]
5. Fill the mandatory fields
6. Add the team member, Entity client, corporate client, Individuals
7. Navigate to top and change the event type [Others]
8. Navigate to bottom
previously selected corporate client still be there, They should be cleared.
Additionally, the heading name/label [Selected Team members, Selected Client Team members, Selected Individuals] displayed below should be cleared or reset.
