openDelete meetings - All the Participants should not be allowed to delete the meeting. Only organizer of the event should delete the event.

Description
1. Click on meetings
2. Click on create
3. Create an event with adding few team members and clients
4. Login with TM member account [participant of that meeting]
5. Click on view meetings
6. Click on Delete
Actual : Event will be deleted from all participants account including organizer of the event
Expectation : Only the event organizer should have permission to delete the event. Other participants should not be allowed to delete it. Delete button should be removed from the participant's account
