1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on Meetings
3. Click on create /Edit

Issue - 1 : In start and end time, the minutes dropdown should only display options in 5-minute intervals (e.g., 0, 5, 10, 15, ..., 55).

but it is not aligned with 5 minutes intervals

Issue - 2: End time clock defaults to the current time instead of the selected event end time.

Steps:
1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on meetings
3. Click on create /Create
4. Select the event start time [for ex: 9:00] and now end time is 9:30
5. Click on event end time

Time drop down should show 9:30 but it shows the current time[9:00 only]

Actual : The clock opens with the current time instead of the previously set event end time.
