• Group A : one documents [Doc Name : Doc a]
• Group B: No documents are currently associated.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to Menu > Matter.
3. Select the Legal or General Matter tab.
4. Click on the Create tab.
5. Fill in all mandatory fields in the matter information form and click Save.
6. Assign a Group A department and click Add.
7. Click Save.
8. Under the Add Documents section, select Doc A and click Add.
9. Click Submit.

Verifying the Issue:

1. Go to View Matter, select the recently added matter, and click the Action button.
2. Choose Update Departments.
3. Unselect Group A, select Group B, and click Update.
4. Click the Action button again and select View Details.
5. Navigate to the Documents tab.

Note :
Despite Group A being removed, the document (Doc A) associated with Group A still appears in the selected documents list.but it shouldn’t appear.
