Message - Video Chat : Update the text on the left side from "Clients" to "External Counsels."

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to DGC.
2. Navigate to the Menu.
3. Select Message and click on Video Chat.
4. Update the text on the left side from "Clients" to "External Counsels."

Note : After joined the call , In Add participant - There also update the text from "Clients" to "External Counsels."
