View Documents:- A download icon should be implemented in the view document section.

Description

Steps:-
1.Login with DG-Counsel
2.Go to documents module
3.Upload a new document with enable download
4.Once successfully upload a document
5.Go to view documents select the recently uploaded document
6.there is no download icon in the preview

Expected:- The user able to download the uploaded documents.
