Connections - Shared By me : The existing details are not displayed when editing the documents.

Description

Steps:

1. Log in to Vitagist.
2. Click on the Connections menu.
3. Select any client and go to the Shared by Me section.
4. Choose any document and click on the right arrow.
5. Click on Edit – the existing details should appear, but they do not appear(only for identity documents).

Additional Issues:
- The Name input field, which should be removed, is still appearing.
- After filling in all the details and clicking Save, a "Description is required" message appears, but it shouldn’t appear.
