Meetings (Create):- The selected client list is clear when the Client Selection dropdown is unchecked.

Steps:-
1.Login with lauditor
2.Go to Meetings module
3.Click on Create and select (Legal/General)
4.fill all mandatory fields
5.Select some clients in client dropdown
6.again go and unselect the recently selected clients
7.add some new clients
8.Unselected client names also appear
Expectations :- The client list is clear when the Client Selection dropdown is unchecked.
