Steps:

1. Login to Lauditor.
2. Click on "Matter" on the left side.
3. Click on the "Legal / General Matter" tab.
4. Click on "Create."
5. Enter the text in "Case Title" and "Case Number," then click "Next."
6. Select the Groups, Clients, Team Members, and documents, then click "Submit." (Example: Matter custody case)
7. Click on "Matter" on the left side again.
8. Click on the "Create" tab and select the event type (legal or general).
9. Select the subject or task. (Example: Matter custody case)
10. Select the past date (Example: Date - 05/06/2024) and click "Save."
11. Again, select the legal type and the same subject. (Example: Matter custody case)
12. Select the past date (Example: Date - 02/06/2024) and click "Save."
13. Click on "Matter" on the left side again.
14. Click on the "View Matter" tab.
15. Click on "View Details" under the action button.
16. Click on "Timeline."
17. Timeline events should be listed in chronological order based on the date, but they are displayed in descending order date.
