View Matter - View Details [Document] - If the document name is empty, an error message should appear upon clicking on save, but it does not.

Description

1. Login the Lauditor
2. Click on matters
3. Click on view matters - Legal / General
4. Click on View Details - Documents
5. Click on Add New
6. Click on Upload New
7. Browse the document and click on Next
8. Click on Edit metadata
9. Click on save without giving the document name

Actual: If the document name is empty, there is no error is displayed.

Expectation: An error should present if the document name is empty
