Steps:
1. Log in to Lauditor.
2. Click on "Matter" on the left side.
3. Select "Legal" or "General" matters.
4. Click on the "Create" tab.
5. Enter all details and click "Next."
6. Select the groups and click "Next."
7. Select the client and click "Next."
8. Select the team member and click "Next."
9. In the Document section, the 'Upload New' field is missing.
