The issue is fixed in UI, added specific class for handling UI grid for more than 6 Users in the call.

Not working. Meeting Icons are still overlapping and Profile sizes(Thumnails) are not uniform

Issue is fixed In UI / CSS . The fix cannot be tested locally becasuse of infra limitation.
