Steps :

1. Log in to Vitagist.
2. Click on Documents.
3. Click on the Add button.
4. Click on Document Type.
5. Select either Driving License or Passport.
6. Fill in all the details.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click on Edit.
9. The expiration date field is not showing for Passport and Driving License, but it should appear.
