Team Members - After creating a member through DG Counsel, the user receives an email from Lauditor. User should receive an email from DG Counsel.

Description

1. Login the DG Counsel
2. Click on Departments
3. Click on Add Team Members
4. Fill all the fields
5. Click on save

After member creation from DG Counsel, User is getting an email from Lauditor. User should get an email from DG Counsel

Note : Email is received from lauditor, When resetting the new password and updating the new email in edit member info. But email should receive from DG Counsel
