Create Matter - Legal/General - Matter Information Page - Add Opponent Advocate - Phone number - Letter and spcial charater entry to should be restricted, Only Number key board should pop up. Only + symbol should be allowed

Issue is fixed, But partially working. In create Legal matter - Add opponent advocate - phone number field - '+' symbol should be allowed. but it is not.

View Legal Matter - Edit matter info - opponent advocate - Special characters are not allowed in the starting point.

After entering the alphabet or number, try to enter the special characters, phone number field is allowing them
