openCreate Matter - Legal/general - Client and Team member information will be missing in Groups, clients and Team member page , when user navigates back from document section to previous section

Description
1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on menu
3. Click on Matter
4. Click on Leagl/General matter tab
5. Click on create tab
6. Enter Matter information and click on save
7. Select Group(s) and add it
8. Select the client
9. Select Team member
10. Click on save --> user navigates to Document section
11. Click on Groups, clients and Team member icon
Client and Team member infromation will be missing
