Description

1. Login to Lauditor
2. Click on menu
3. Click on Matter
4. Click on Leagl matter tab
5. Click on create tab
6. Enter only space in all the input fields( By pressing space bar or enter button on the key board)
User is able to proceed to next page i.e., group selection page. User should not be allowed to proceed to next page

Issue is fixed in Legal / general matter creation,

Issue - 1 : In view Legal matter, Edit matter Info - Space is allowing now in Court and Judges field. It should be restricted.

Issue - 2 : In View General matter, Edit matter info - Court and Judges field should be removed.
