Team members: 3 TM's and Group Head [4 members are part of that group]
Client : business client
Document: File- A
Matter Name: Matter A

1. Login the lauditor with TM 1 account
2. Click on Matters
3. Click on Legal/ General/ Create
4. Select Civil Law and business client
5. GH does not involve in the matter [don't select GH]
6. Attach the document 'File A'
7. Click on save [matter creation is finished]
8. Login the Lauditor with Group Head
9. Click on Documents
10. Click on View Documents
11. Select the same business client and select the Matter A in matters drop down
12. File - A is listed below [note that file-A is matter related]
13. Click on View Relationships
14. Select the same business client
15. Click on Exchange Information - share by us

If the GH does not involve in the matter, specific matter-related documents should not be listed in their account in view documents and View Relationships[share by us] unshared section. However, currently they are listing.

List of documents if it is related to matter should be restricted in GH account who are not part of that matter.
