Open Document - UI Issues which are not as per the design

Description

  1. Once a user clicks on Open , Dialogue box size should be displayed as per design.(Image 1 - Design referance)
  2. Once a user clicks on Open, List Icon is missing as per design. (Image 2 - Design referance)
  3. Once a user clicks on Open, Alignment should display as per design.(Image 2 - Design referance)
  4. Remove the “Sorting arrow” in the Open Document as per design.(Image 3)
  5. Once a user clicks on the List icon (which is missing at present)- the “File Name“,“Last Modified” and “File size” Fields are missing as per design.
  6. Change the heading name “Open Document “ to “Open a Document” as per design.
