Groups [ Actions] - Edit Group Info - Enter the Existing Group Name [Duplicate group Name] while editing, error message doesn't appear. Error message should appear.

Description

1. Click on View Groups
2. Click on Actions
3. Click on Edit Group Info
4. Enter the Existing Group Name [Duplicate group Name]
5. Click on Save
Error Message doesn't appear.
