Timesheet(Non Submitted): Billable hours will be added into non-billable hours and vice versa.

Description

Steps:
1.Click on Timesheet
2.Select the Project Entry
3.Add timesheet for the status as non-billable for first time
4.Again, add timesheet with same project, same task and different date but status as non-billable
5.This billable hour will be added in non-billable
