Timesheets(Non Submitted): Without selecting the task, the user is able to create a timesheet.

Description

First you select legal matter and fill in all the details, now change the general matter, after adding a timesheet, tasks for legal matter will be added to the general entry.
Steps :
Select the Project , Task , Status and Date
Enter the Hours and Minutes.
And then Change the Project [General / Overhead / Others]
Tasks automatically changed "tasks"
Click on add button
Error message should display
