Document Management - Upload Client - Client Name - Without select the client name - Default appears " Raksha Bharadwaj" / Same issue in Matter also / Switch the tab also - Change the hint name for Client name and Matter as per design.

Click on Upload Client
In Client Name - Without select the client name
Default appears " Raksha Bharadwaj"

1.Same issue in Matter also Field / Switch the tab also Default Client name and Matter appear
2.Change the hint name for Client name and Matter as per design.
