Description

1. Login to lauditor
2. Click on relationship
3. enter text in the search box (email in individual / entity name in entity)
4. fill the details and keep the any of the mandtory fields empty(one or more)
5. Click on send request
6. alert appears
7. Again click on send request
Entire form will become empty
